Like a miracle, only after 2 days, my son no longer felt tired. He was very stressed due to GCE A-Level exam, couldn't sleep well, felt fatigue, and had negative emotions. Having post covid symptoms, I have been getting sticky phlegm stuck in the airway and lasted for a month. Dawn recommended me biodynamic supplements infused with essential oils. As usual, I went for my yearly check-up on 30 Jul 2024.

Everything is expected to be fine, and result came out the following day that my Potassium level was extremely high (6.2 mmol/L). Normal range for Potassium level is between (3.5 – 5.1 mmol/L). High Potassium level in my blood called Hyperkalaemia can cause heart attack or death. 

I consulted the doctor and I was asked to admit to A&E immediately. I was rather concerned and try to find what causes the raise in my Potassium level since I do not have such problem over the years. When I talked to Dawn a week later, she suggested that I do a zyto scan which I have no idea what that was. She visited me with the zyto scan machine few days later and showed me what might have caused the elevated Potassium level. She recommended that I stop taking my favourite bread for breakfast every morning and replace with biodynamic vegan protein shake and NXR. I also take black ginger supplement to improve my metabolic rate with probiotic every morning since.

I retook my blood test for my Potassium level on 27 Sep 2024. My Potassium level drop to normal range (4.8 mmol/L), Praise the Lord. I thank Dawn for her recommendation and sincere heart to help those who are in need. I will share with my family and friends of the importance in living healthy with natural super food 😊
