Dawn was a Wellbeing Ambassador and Career Coach in the Singapore Public Service. As a former central banker of 24 years, Dawn has broad and versatile professional experience in financial supervision, financial sector development and internal audit.

Dawn applies her extensive expertise in Governance, Risk Management and Compliance to enhancing Workplace Wellbeing. She collaborates with organisations to identify the root causes of Workplace Wellbeing challenges and designs tailored training programs that empower employees to thrive in their professional environments.

As an advocate for environmental sustainability, Dawn promotes toxin-free living to support health and wellbeing. She highlights the harmful impact of chemicals in scented commercial personal care products and conducts DIY workshops using natural ingredients that are safe and support wellbeing.

"Awakening your Sensory Intelligence to Wellbeing" is our signature workshop where you will experience how you can regulate your emotions through your senses and learn strategies for effective stress management.

H.E.A.L begins with Hope and involves Self-Empathy, Awareness and Lifestyle choices to achieve holistic health and wellbeing.

Dawn is a speaker, coach and WSQ Trainer and Assessor (ACLP). She has conducted wellbeing workshops for financial institutions, schools and private events. She also offers personal health & wellness consultation to support those on their wellbeing journey.

Dawn is trained in Positive Psychology based coaching and is a Certified Health and Well-being Coach (NCB-HWC, USA), Certified Career Services Provider (NCDA, USA), Clinical Aromatherapist registered with National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA, USA), Natural Perfumer and Olfaction Trainer (International Perfume Foundation, France).

As a lifelong learner, Dawn is pursuing WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) to enhance her skills set in Continuing Education and Training. To navigate the evolving landscape and leverage on technology, Dawn will also deepen her e-learning competencies.
